Their support is very helpful. I experienced some issues with this app clashing with other functions on the website, but Sid helped me figure it out. The fact that the app was causing problems in the first place is not so positive, but the response was quick and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed, also they have all the features we need, so we will continue using it.

I used this app to have custom shipping fees charged to customers who are living off city limits (far off areas) and those who order heavy equipment which requires us to hire big vehicles. Sid helped me to create a custom list and added it to my add to cart page. I can now charge my customers depending on the areas they live as well as based on the weight of the equipment they order. Their customer support service is top notch. :):)

The best customer service I have experienced with a Shopify app. Sid was awesome helping me set up the app plus adding a few extra touches at the same time. Every issue was solved in just a few minutes. I can now offer my customers the best shipping options with little effort, something I could never do using Shopify's native shipping management. I highly recommend Shipzip: Shipping & Delivery as it has helped us streamline our website deliveries and improve the UX/UI for our cart/checkout with a custom feature where customers can be charged a delivery fee based on the suburb they live in. A custom setting that most of the other delivery apps don't have. Previously we had three shipping apps doing the same tasks this one app does which has saved us $120 USD per month with app fees and is reasonably priced at $19.95 per month for those great features on the top "shipping with delivery date" plan. On top of all the great features, the support is absolutely amazing! We had some troubles with setting the app up correctly and Sid was more than generous to help us get the app set up correctly with a quick response time. This app is perfect for anyone who has a delivery service like our florist business.

So far, so good! We have simple requirements and it was pretty easy to set up our zones and postcode rules. Had a little glitch and I had instant support from Sid on live chat - super knowledgeable, helpful and personable! Competitive pricing as well. We may more to the next plan when we want to add a little more functionality in...good to have the option! Very impressed with ShipZip.
