Best customer service and support I’ve experienced to date with any shopfy app provider. These guys go the extra mile to help resolve any issues. They supported in ways which reduced our workload and improved our user’s shopping experience. They are very technically competent. I would recommend to anyone who has complex shipping requirements based on locations, sizes, different vendors, etc.

I wish I had found this app when I first moved to Shopify and lost our functionality to add shipping rates by postcode that we had in Wix. I was in a rush to implement this app prior to moving to a new warehouse, and Sid was amazing on the help chat, and scheduled a call to go through my shipping needs. Sid was very helpful in getting the app set up. He offered calls to discuss the issues. The only thing was the time difference between the countries, so some issues took longer to troubleshoot. I would recommend this app for those looking for delivery + pickup options on their site.
