We are a US based online meat store. We are using this app in junction Order Delivery Date to allow our customers to choose a date of delivery and then get the available shipping options for that day. The team over at Cirkle Studio is the best! They went up and beyond to help us make this happen. It works perfectly. I recommend this app and anything by this team. Thanks guys!

Don't look further! The ultimate app to solve all your shipping needs. What does a great app require?
1. Solving the problem statement - Custom Shipping Solution, does this with various options, almost unlimited options for all shipping requirements. We had a very peculiar problem of shipping requirements as per variants and it was easily solved. 2. Suitable pricing - The price of the app suits its functions, almost is cheaper than what it should charge when compared to other apps. We have tried and tested 7 apps so far and almost were getting involved with a Shopify expert for 2000$ custom integration. Didn't know we could do it under $8/month!! 3. Minimal handling - Mr. Siddharth took out the time to customized our requirements and enabled us to not even look at the app again once the settings are frozen. 4. Great Support - The team is very supportive and can do all customizations for you within a day. They explain to you what and how of everything, and also teach you how to get past any hurdles. I am truly grateful for the 100% effort put in by CirkleStudio. Loads of love,

First of all, the app is absolutely great. We needed a way to set shipping rates based on weight, pickup location, delivery zip code, day, etc. We had a whole matrix of variables that we needed to solve for when setting our rates and this app did it beautifully. Even better than the app itself, though, is the support we received from the developer. Our IT staff mentioned that they’ve never experienced an e-commerce app developer like this. The app developers response time is best in class. Communication from them was clear and consistent. From initial install to post-production configuration, the level of handholding we received was extremely surprising and gratifying. (Many many thanks to Sid @ Cirkle Studio for all the help ) If you're looking to setup granular shipping rates/rules for your store this is the app you want. These are the developers you want supporting your business. Full stop.

Customer service, very prompt and professional, very satisfied. I had a trouble with double shipping cost when sending from multi locations. (I have two locations with a flat rate shipping) and tried other apps but did work well, but this app is working perfectly with $9.99 plan !! Sid, you are two thumbs up !!

I was having trouble with setting conditions and was going over it for 3 hours and I couldn't get it working. I reached out to their live chat and was instantly catered, in like 1 minute of opening the chat box. Sid helped me resolve this 2-hour issue in 5 minutes! Awesome customer support and they will help you out when you're in a pinch.

Siddharth Kevadiya and the team were super helpful with the integration. They are constantly available to resolve any bugs, listen to customer feedback, and improve their product. The functionality that this app provides is extremely crucial for the D2C landscape.

I am giving this app. A 5 star rating because of the exceptional service I recieved from the makers of the app. (Siddharth Kevadiya)They completely set everything up for me, and walked me through several times, just to make sure I had a clear understanding.
And in addition to that I had another issue in which shopify was helping with, which we were unable to resolve. However I brought it to Sid's attention and within a few short minutes the issue was resolved. Sid and his team are awesome
