Sid is great! I tried a few times doing everything on my own with the tech support chart which was great on its own. After a couple of hurdles, I asked Sid to help me over a screen share and video chat. He sent me his calendar and I was booked for the next day. In a few short minutes, my issues were fixed and the app is working perfectly! This app is exactly what I needed for my in-store and drop ship items to combine the rates and offer free shipping at an order value. I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!
