I had previously looked into custom dev work but this app was exactly what I needed for order pick up and shipping. The support team was incredible. Sid was helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond.

The app support is excellent. I was having trouble setting some things up but I was able to book a Zoom meeting with a support person within 40 minutes using a simple Calendly booking system. Support spent nearly 30 minutes helping me to set up the app and implement useful features which I was very grateful for. I would happy recommend this app to anyone!

I tried a few apps before this one. They were all the same. They did not have the level of customisation that I required. With this, I can have multiple local delivery options for the same location - turn off delivery windows at different times. Thank you, Sid - very helpful in getting my complex delivery requirements sorted.
This app has many different features and their customer service is amazing. Sid answered all of my questions, set up the app as I requested, and showed me how to do it for myself also. A++

Works as described. Support is responsive, and quick to try to get issues fixed. Wasn't sure how to configure our rates, but after a call with the team, they assisted in explaining the setup.
Super easy and quickly installed. It does what it needs to do. Works great. I would certainly recommend this app if you need to customize shipping to zipcode levels and specific products
