Excellent service and support, 100% would recommend. They offered personal support to tailor the app to work for our local delivery service and ensure we didn't lose money having to refund orders where we couldn't fulfil the shipping. Superb!

I have installed many shipping apps and none of them worked for our store as we had too many requirements. But when I installed ShipZip, the customer service was exceptional. I have not seen better customer service ever. Sid is extremely helpful, has a lot of patience and know his technical stuff. He worked with us for about 2 weeks (2-3 days equivalent full time) to make sure that the app work for our store. I will definitely recommend this app.

The app is very complete and catered to all our needs. Sid has been very helpful and patient with us. We've enabled the app a few days ago but it seems to be working out well so far. Highly recommended, especially for the very efficient and quick customer service.

I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!

I desperately needed a solution for having one shipping rate across multiple locations. The Shopify team suggested this app and they did not disappoint. It took a bit of work (on their end) to set up but they got it all sorted for my store. Including following up on fixing my international shipping rates. Thanks so much Sid for persevering and getting it sorted just how I needed. Use this app!!

Incredible the support I got for the app! We had very difficult requirements for the app but the support helped me with everything! I have never experienced anything like it. Even when the requirements have changed, the support has helped me very quickly. The app is incredibly good and easy to use and you can do everything you need. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I've been super impressed with both the app functionality and especially the support received from the team so far. The app works well for us and provides lots of flexibility / options for our complicated shipping rates, and I know they are continuing to improve and evolve the app. The support we've received has been fantastic and they have been willing to make changes, listen to suggestions and help us get our shipping working just right for our store - thank you!

Great App and good price compared to others. Seems very well set up and easy to use and Sid was always on hand and helpful with any queries on their live chat or by email. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

if you have multiple locations and have problems with the multiple shipping charges ,, get this app .. the best customer service also .. manoj socha was the person that helped me on the chat and fixed everything for my store
