I couldn't do it without the great support from the support team. Works well with my store and can't wait to retrieve back those lost shipping fees, especially from customers who were not honest in selecting the right shipping rates for their address in the first place.

This business provided amazing customer service with great communication, but the most impressive part was that they handled all the work for me. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this, but this business did just that. I was extremely impressed with their level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient partner. With their help, I was able to get everything done quickly and easily, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.
