These guys have really helped me - they've added all the zones needed (I'm UK based) and so far so good. Chat has been useful and they're always there even if they needed to check with someone more techie. There were a few things lost in translation but overall a good experience. I'll be putting it to the live test shortly.

This is one of the best all in one shipping, local delivery and pick up app there is on Shopify! Help is amazing, they have helped with me with so much getting the delivery options I wanted and it's now perfect to what I needed. It actually has so many options for customers and the admin to edit dates, CSS, item customisation. Definately worth the money!

I couldn't do it without the great support from the support team. Works well with my store and can't wait to retrieve back those lost shipping fees, especially from customers who were not honest in selecting the right shipping rates for their address in the first place.

This business provided amazing customer service with great communication, but the most impressive part was that they handled all the work for me. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this, but this business did just that. I was extremely impressed with their level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient partner. I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.

The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!
