This is the worst app experience on the Shopify App Store. It keeps malfunctioning, causing us to lose thousands of dollars in ad spend due to abandoned carts. We've spent the last four days working with support—while they temporarily fix the issue, it breaks again shortly after. I'm actively looking for a replacement app and strongly recommend you do the same.

The most stupid app I've ever used! It's not easy to use or understand. The videos are useless! I can't understand them and they fly thru the important parts. Seriously, figure your S#!T out!

First of all I am really sorry that it is complicated to understand our application. I know application needs to be easy to understand but the shipping is the complicated thing it self so defiantly it's options are complicated to understand.
