We've used this app on various stores and the customisation options are endless. Strongly recommend using this and also the Payfy app from the same developer.

First and foremost, this is one of the few apps that can display shipping fees on the product page. Additionally, the backend settings are very diverse and flexible, making it suitable for various situations to add surcharges. What surprised me the most is that every time I inquired online, there were real people responding, not robots. They resolved issues swiftly, and there were staff available even on Saturdays. I believe this app is very well designed and the tutorials are very detailed.

Their support is very helpful. I experienced some issues with this app clashing with other functions on the website, but Sid helped me figure it out. The fact that the app was causing problems in the first place is not so positive, but the response was quick and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed, also they have all the features we need, so we will continue using it.

I used this app to have custom shipping fees charged to customers who are living off city limits (far off areas) and those who order heavy equipment which requires us to hire big vehicles. Sid helped me to create a custom list and added it to my add to cart page. I can now charge my customers depending on the areas they live as well as based on the weight of the equipment they order. Their customer support service is top notch. :):)

The best customer service I have experienced with a Shopify app. Sid was awesome helping me set up the app plus adding a few extra touches at the same time. Every issue was solved in just a few minutes. I can now offer my customers the best shipping options with little effort, something I could never do using Shopify's native shipping management.
