We have used ShipZip since launch and have always had prompt and reliable assistance from the app developers. We requested customisations to be done to the delivery date picker widget and was able to configure rule-based surcharges for custom orders. This is a great app with excellent support!

Siddharth from the Cirkle Studio team helped me far beyond what I was expecting. This app has everything we need for our shipping needs (which are quite complex). I highly recommend this app!

I have been using Ship Zip for years for a somewhat complicated shipping set up and it works perfectly- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with Shopify. Support is awesome- live chat always available plus you can make a time to jump on a call with someone to get any issues sorted promptly. Really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. Definitely trust and recommend Ship Zip :)

Le must des application de calcul et gestion des dates de livraison. Rien à dire c'est au delà des nos attentes. Nous avons pourtant essayé de nombreuses applications. Aucune livraison ne passe à travers une date.

Support was quick to deploy a fix for the issue wherein the cart crashed after removing an item from cart after selecting a delivery date. Highly recommend!

This app suite is extremely versatile in how it offers a wide range of shipping options and combinations based on brands, colors, cart totals, filters... anything you can think of that might offer a different shipping experience is possible.
And if you run into a snag or can't get it to work the way you need it to, the support team for this app is extraordinary. They will have your ideal shipping scenario working in very short order.
Each time I needed to update shipping and couldn't get it to work just right, a developer was able to walk me through the process and tell me how to update the setting in the future.
Each and every developer I have worked with using this app has been helpful and friendly and patient!

I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! On top of all this support is amazing - they are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting up and using this app. Thank you for all of your help and for making an amazing app!

The app works brilliantly. There are several different ways to get the functionality you need in the way that you need it.
The customer sevice is EXCELLENT really fast and personal help anytime.
