I cannot begin to describe the quality of service this app provides. Every time I have had any questions or needed help setting up features, changing features etc I message or email in and the team is so pleasant and almost always resolves my issues immediately. This app is everything I wanted to help my small business with zip code based delivery zones. I’m also able to set different fees based on different cart types. So my whole sale pays one price and local deliveries pay another. If you are on the fence about trying this app I say go for it you won’t be disappointed! I’m editing my review to add how they have been able to add additional custom features around what they already have implemented. Sid is always so kind and helpful. The app works perfectly now, even displaying expected costs based on a number of different parameters.

Fills in a lot of the missing functionality that Shopify lacks - essential for shipping to different zones across the UK without excluding customers in hard to reach areas (or eating the extra costs of delivering to them yourself). An absolute must if you have complexities in your shipping rules too, especially if you are using unit based rules rather than weight, which are impossible to setup with Shopify alone. Helpful team as well, who have been invaluable in bug-fixing (largely because of the complexity of our case). I would not say that the set-up is straight-forward and user-friendly for a non developer, but difficulty is to be expected with the different logic required to make our logistics rules work.

Great app, great support. We have been using this for over a year now and its and absolute must have app if you post in the UK to be able to set different shipping rates for postcodes like Highlands and Islands. I am still shocked this is not native in Shopify but thank goodness ShipZip exists to save the day.
