I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!

I desperately needed a solution for having one shipping rate across multiple locations. The Shopify team suggested this app and they did not disappoint. It took a bit of work (on their end) to set up but they got it all sorted for my store. Including following up on fixing my international shipping rates. Incredible the support I got for the app! We had very difficult requirements for the app but the support helped me with everything! I have never experienced anything like it. Great App and good price compared to others. Seems very well set up and easy to use and Sid was always on hand and helpful with any queries on their live chat or by email. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
