I couldn't bother someone so much that I did to Sid while setting up and customising the app. We had specific requirements and this app was best fit to achieve the desired result. Their support is very helpful. I experienced some issues with this app clashing with other functions on the website, but Sid helped me figure it out. The fact that the app was causing problems in the first place is not so positive, but the response was quick and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed, also they have all the features we need, so we will continue using it.

The app works very well. It is very useful and the team updated and give us what we are expecting from the app as it contains the features of several applications. In addition, the customer support team is very kind and helps with everything.

I used this app to have custom shipping fees charged to customers who are living off city limits (far off areas) and those who order heavy equipment which requires us to hire big vehicles. Sid helped me to create a custom list and added it to my add to cart page. I can now charge my customers depending on the areas they live as well as based on the weight of the equipment they order. Their customer support service is top notch. :):)
