Sid was amazing with helping me get started with using this app.

We had an initial online chat about what I was looking to do and even when I had to end the call to jump into another meeting he followed things up with me via email.

He was able to get my shipping prices and zones set up for me plus recommended another app which would also be helpful for shipping orders to customers.

This app is great, it does what I need it to do and it's easy to use. The support on this app is awesome, they helped me set up the app on my store and helped troubleshoot any issues I ran into.

excellent app- sorted out all the shipping limitations we had with shopify. support is awesome. live chat sorted an urgent issue (shopifys fault) immediately. really that is the most important thing with any of these apps- that they can sort any issues that may arise quickly. so good to know you can trust them with this!

Sid is really really helpful!!! and so nice!! He is the best from this app. This is the best shipping solution I found so far, and the customer service is amazing! Sid helps me find the exact answer I want. At the very beginning, I thought my problem will be not addressed, because it was so complicated until I talked to Sid!! He helped me solve my problems and even think ahead of me. This app has many features using which I can set up product base shipping with weight-based surcharge shipping.

I highly recommend this app. It is the only shipping rate app that currently has a solution for customers being charged double shipping with Multi-Origin shipping, which is why we originally chose it. Not only that, but this app is full of customizations - we're able to build out different rates by postal code which is extremely useful for our Local delivery options, and can even set up rates by product tag! On top of all this support is amazing - they are very responsive and have been extremely helpful in setting up and using this app. Thank you for all of your help and for making an amazing app!
Editing to add that Sid was awesome in helping us set up our US rates for markets - they helped us in no time at all and were able to get our rates set up super fast! Still using this app 1 year later and it is the best shipping app out there.

Very good app, that has all the needed functionalities. In addition you get a wonderful customer service!

this app solved our ongoing problem with shopify charging 2 rates if we deliver from 2 different locations. Now we have only 1 rate charged and there is no turnoff for the customers at checkout! GOOD JOB GUYS!
