Sid is great! I tried a few times doing everything on my own with the tech support chart which was great on its own. After a couple of hurdles, I asked Sid to help me over a screen share and video chat. He sent me his calendar and I was booked for the next day. In a few short minutes, my issues were fixed and the app is working perfectly! Great application when shipping to different postcodes. Also use the app for Click & Collect. Quick service if you have any issues, straight on a video call to amend. Excellent service as it should be. A++++

First and foremost, this is one of the few apps that can display shipping fees on the product page. Additionally, the backend settings are very diverse and flexible, making it suitable for various situations to add surcharges. What surprised me the most is that every time I inquired online, there were real people responding, not robots. They resolved issues swiftly, and there were staff available even on Saturdays. I believe this app is very well designed and the tutorials are very detailed.

I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!
