This App was a life changer for our small business. We ship perishable products and we are limited to 1-2 days ground shipping. Shopify only allows you to create shipping zones for the entire state.
Shipping Rates by ZipCode helped us creating custom shipping zones within UPS and FedEx Ground reach.
Oh, and their customer service was extremely helpful with set up and database management.
This App is amazing!!. But more than the app the best feature is the support. I click on the chat and inmediatly recieved support. They went through the all process to set up the app, even they called me to make sure everything was ok...100% recomendable, and I can say I never recommend something is not really good.

I use this app on a few of the stores I manage for clients. The app is great and offers the same functionality as some other, MUCH more expensive options. I have to add, the backup/support is second to none, Sidd stands out specifically and has assisted in sorting some particularly tricky setups!
