Sid is the best supporter. He provided amazing customer service with great communication and he always handled all the work for me. I was really appreciate with their level of services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient partner to add shipping rate. With their support, I was able to receive everything done quickly and easily, which saved me a lot of time. I would definitely use their services again in the future. wow! wow! wow!!! This application is the best thing that ever happened for anyone that uses third party shipping rates. I've been using a different application which was always giving me other explainable issues. I had customers constantly call me with rates and shipping issues which made me lose money and the worst part the customer service was terrible. This app is completely opposite. First off, I must say the customer service is implacable. I had a representative on Skype with me for an hour setting up all the different settings/rates i needed at no extra charge (shout out Sid). This app is amazing. This app does many things. I now deleted 2 paid apps because of this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was having a problem with customers being double charged for shipping based on multiple locations. Shopify does not have a fix in place for this and neither do any of the other third-party apps it seems. However, Sid was able to put a fix in place within minutes. Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't be happier.

The ShipZip team has been extremely helpful with customising the app to fit our exact use case. We wanted to offer Local Delivery but only on certain products; ShipZip allowed us to do this and much more. Other apps were charging much more for much less. This is great in price, feature-set and support. The trial also allows you to get a feel, learn and customise it to your store without financial worry.
