You can easily set the custom shipping rule based on product(SKU, Types, Tags, Vendors), zip codes/post code, customer tag, distance, etc... Unique shipping rates for each product. You can set the Incremental Shipping by Weight or Qty called as surcharge shipping. Unlimited locations for store pickup and local delivery with order limit time slots.
