Customer service is great, they always respond quickly on the chat when I need any assistance. App seems to be very versatile and has a lot of features. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend
The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. When we were having an issue with capturing a particular data-point, the development team went above and beyond with a quick reply and even extended app functionality to accommodate our request. Highly recommended if you need something more complex than the out-of-the-box shipping solution offered. Especially if you want an app that you know is actively supported.
