Shipping calculator: ShipMagic

Shipmagic was able to provide different rates to multiple customer tags, not just based upon the shipping name. We are implementing drop-shipping for the first time and wanted to be sure that our partners still receive their assigned rates when shipping to another address. Other shipping apps were not able to accommodate these requests, but Shipmagic did it all!

The customer service was very helpful and attentive.
Aditya helped to set up our rates and problem-solve a few issues that we were having with our FedEx API. Of course, he doesn't work for FedEx, but he helped walk us through our issue to the best of his ability, in turn resolving it.

I recommend Shipmagic because of their ability to customize rates more effectively than other apps, and because of their impeccable customer service. Thank you for all of your help.

Wonderful app that can be configured exactly how you need it with multiple rates and methods. The support is amazing, fast, responsive and accurate. They take time to understand your exact need and are pro-active at helping.

We have encountered errors when we have tried to configure a complex rule, but after reaching out, our support request was answered very quickly and with the ideal result.

If you have a complex, or tricky shipping methodology, this app is a must.

We had a complex shipping requirement for varying items across 7 different zones and 150+ countries. This app is truly MAGIC! After searching high and low, we could NOT find a solution to having shipping charges double when multiple items were being fulfilled from different locations. However, Aditya easily fixed this problem and it has been a game changer! He set up custom rules to eliminate the duplicate shipping charges and our lives have been so much easier since installing this app!

This app has worked perfectly! It's the only app I could find that allows us to set up different sized orders and calculate based on the highest level without adding them up. Seriously amazing. I wanted to offer customers free shipping, if certain products were added to the cart (containing the tag "versandkostenfrei"). Turns out that is impossible to do with Shopify built-in methods (which will let you select free shipping with total amount of items or price only).

I tried a multitude of apps, some of them pretty expensive (e.g. Intuitive shipping). None of them worked.

This app gives you important hints, and - most important of all - there is a live chat functionality. I'm so glad that Aditya chatted me up (by sending an additional "Hi" in the Live Chat in the app), together we were able to set it up correctly.

(For example, he said "In the conditions, you have to choose “Cart Contains” and not Product Tag.")

Also, possibly that I had several shipping profiles pre-enabled in Shopify might have caused issues. In any case, we were able to solve the issue fast.

Normally I avoid reaching out to support to get something working (actually because I assume that they will take a long time to come back to me). When support is at your fingertips like here, it is really awesome!

I wish the author of this app a lot of success with it, and I hope he will be able to grow in a way which will be sustainable and allow him to continue to offer the same kind of support.
