I’ve been struggling with Shopify’s default shipping profiles, I had two hampers (alcohol + non-alcohol) in different profiles and every checkout stacked the two shipping fees. I installed ShipMagic, hoping to find a better solution, and Adiyta from their team truly saved the day.

They jumped on a call with me almost immediately, listened carefully as I explained that I needed to stop shipping rates from being doubled for mixed-cart orders. Since implementing the rule, everything works exactly as intended: a Jersey customer sees the correct rate for alcohol only; a UK customer doesn’t get offered shipping for alcohol; and mixed orders always generate a single, fair rate. No more overcharging.
