ShipMagic is a true gem of an app! Finally, I found a solution that handles various order sizes effortlessly, calculating based on the highest level. The customer service was top-notch too – fast, attentive, and incredibly helpful during setup. A huge thanks to ShipMagic for their amazing work!

After trying out many other shipping apps I think this is the best. It can pretty much handle anything, but what makes it so great is Aditya, he will spend the time with you via live chat to get it set up just as you want. You can test it first and then make it live once you are ready. 5 Stars!

This app allowed us to set up unique scenarios using custom rates which is exactly what we needed to be able to do. It was easy set up in general, but on top of that, the customer support agent was ready to help immediately and asked the right questions to help me configure my custom rates correctly. They were extremely helpful during set up and really got to know what I was trying to do so we could do it the right way. This app does exactly what we needed, and their customer support couldn't have been more helpful to me. It was incredible service for a great app.

I needed just a simple customisation to my cart, and ShipMagic fit the bill perfectly. The pricing was also more reasonable than others, and as others have mentioned, worth every cent thanks to Aditya's patient and clear instructions in helping set it all up. Definitely give this one a go!
