Shipping calculator: ShipMagic

This app has worked perfectly! It's the only app I could find that allows us to set up different sized orders and calculate based on the highest level without adding them up. Seriously amazing. The customer service helping me get it all set up was fabulous. Fast and meticulous. Thank you ShipMagic!!!

I wanted to offer customers free shipping, if certain products were added to the cart (containing the tag "versandkostenfrei"). Turns out that is impossible to do with Shopify built-in methods (which will let you select free shipping with total amount of items or price only).

I tried a multitude of apps, some of them pretty expensive (e.g. Intuitive shipping). None of them worked.

This app gives you important hints, and - most important of all - there is a live chat functionality. I'm so glad that Aditya chatted me up (by sending an additional "Hi" in the Live Chat in the app), together we were able to set it up correctly.

(For example, he said "In the conditions, you have to choose “Cart Contains” and not Product Tag.")

Also, possibly that I had several shipping profiles pre-enabled in Shopify might have caused issues. In any case, we were able to solve the issue fast.

Normally I avoid reaching out to support to get something working (actually because I assume that they will take a long time to come back to me). When support is at your fingertips like here, it is really awesome!

I wish the author of this app a lot of success with it, and I hope he will be able to grow in a way which will be sustainable and allow him to continue to offer the same kind of support.

Honestly I couldn't ask for a better app. Straight forward and Aditya was an absolute wizard getting me set up for fixing my multiple location problems. I've never subscribed harder or faster.
