Installing the application is really simple and solves a real problem for customers! I really recommend it if you have several products with different delivery charges :)

I've tried other shipping rate apps and this one works just a good, if not better than all the others. More importantly, Aditya Malani, provides hero level, super human, support. He had me set up and running within 15 minutes. All I had to do was install the app and grant him collaborator access. He took care of the rest after learning my set up needs. I couldn't be happier with the service.

UPDATE 9-7-2023:
I needed to take a minute to inform you all of just how great this app is and how great the service it. I had a unique request for a shipping rate rule. The app wasn't able to handle that request the way it was currently configured. Rather than telling me it wasn't possible, Aditya Malani, once again provided hero level support. In less than 12 hours, he added code to the app that allowed it to integrate the request I had into the system. Everything is working perfectly and fully meets our specific needs. If you are looking a shipping app, look no further. This is the one you need to install and run. From what I've seen, you will not be disappointed. Hero level! Thank you Shipmagic!

This app allowed us to set up unique scenarios using custom rates which is exactly what we needed to be able to do. It was easy set up in general, but on top of that, the customer support agent was ready to help immediately and asked the right questions to help me configure my custom rates correctly. They were extremely helpful during set up and really got to know what I was trying to do so we could do it the right way. This app does exactly what we needed, and their customer support couldn't have been more helpful to me. It was incredible service for a great app.

Wonderful app that can be configured exactly how you need it with multiple rates and methods. The support is amazing, fast, responsive and accurate. They take time to understand your exact need and are pro-active at helping.

We have encountered errors when we have tried to configure a complex rule, but after reaching out, our support request was answered very quickly and with the ideal result.

If you have a complex, or tricky shipping methodology, this app is a must.
