scam i've tried this twice now and both times it doesnt even load but trys to charge you

The developer was quick to add the feature below. This app is now a 5 star! This app is simple and easy to use. We are a sweet business selling sweets locally and offer same day delivery. I would like the app to be able to say "Order within the next 1 hour and 3 minutes if you want your items delivered today" and then change after the deadline to "order within the next 16 hours to get ...
