Yes, I confirm that my site was also damaged by the application update. The support worked for 2-3 hours but did not do anything. Before that, everything worked fine.

Used the app and after the update the icons of the box has changed and now I have the weird present box instead of the time of delivery. Asked to revert it back, but didn't happen.
I uninstalled the APP because after the update the add to cart button isn't working on desktop! And the support didn't answer me
Update: After contacting them via chat. I managed to solve the problem myself after realize there was leftover code from Sales Box making bad requests of jquery, which caused all these problems...
Now I changed the review from 1 to 2 stars because at least they recognize they mistake.

This app is very useful however It does not load, it is very very slow and very very frustrating and I'm paying $9 for something that don't work
I give it 2 star because it is good app if it works. But it doesnt work. If you have many products it will not work. They admit that since we have 2000 products it cannot sync them to their server they don't know how to fix it from overloading their server. so the app does not work if you have too many products. In addition, problems using it in firefox you have to use chrome. When I reached out to them said we only want to use it for one product they logged into our system and activated it for all products to have free shipping not one product. so the support does not follow direction well and potentially cost us money since give free shipping to all products. fortunately we catch it quick.
