We need help urgently please - the app had been working brilliantly… until today, when it appears to be down? Please can you advise what is going wrong and when it can be fixed bc currently customers are unable to checkout on our site. Thank you.

I had high hopes for this app, I've paid for this for over a month now and I've messaged support 4 times now, they have NEVER responded. This app has a conflicting color scheme with my website making it useless! I've sent both emails and using the Shopify internal support requesting help and NOTHING! The app doesn't work for me and the customer support is non existent! I would have loved to give this app a good review unfortunately that isn't the case.
I have tried everything but when I go to checkout it doesn't let customers checkout and it says "This order cannot be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information". Maybe it doesn't work with U.K postcodes.
