OrderArmor has been a great add-on for our store! It was easy to set up, and our customers love having the option to protect their orders. What’s even better—we get to keep the full premium, which adds to our bottom line. The support team is quick and helpful too. Highly recommend for any store that wants to build trust and boost profits.
App didn't work properly on our theme. My dev and I tried a few times to get them to fix it. Almost no response from them and no solution, so I paid for nothing. Have uninstalled. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service! Reached out about a styling issue and had it resolved within an hour. I asked for multiple changes and iterations which the team had no problem implementing right away.
The product itself seems solid. Simple, easy to use, and still has all the features you need for shipping protection. Definitely think this is the best solution on Shopify after installing multiple others before this.
Buyer Beware. App does not work with the Prestige theme. Help Desk was responsive but still not able to figure it out.
