Highly recommend so far. Had to switch over from Navidium after our customers were unable to checkout. Navidium spent over 8 days not doing anything about it, and OrderArmor's live chat corrected the issue within 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
I have recently started using this app for shipping protection, and i feel its been a game changer as it helps me to customize the claims policy without relying on third party.
App didn't work properly on our theme. My dev and I tried a few times to get them to fix it. Almost no response from them and no solution, so I paid for nothing. Have uninstalled. Very disappointing.
