App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.
Happy to help here - The $1.25 no worries :) just shoot a message to the team. Weight based Shipping - sorry we don't touch these settings. Potentially its a setting in shopify that's been ticked. This has never happened for any other merchant.

I installed this app (super easy to do!) and before I could even test it, an order came in that checked the box!! I’ve received dozens of orders since installing it and almost all selected this box. The app is so easy to use!
Aside from the benefits this awesome app provides to a business in terms of additional revenue, the support from Ty & the team is beyond incredible! Support is always fast, professional and helpful - not just on this app but on Monster Cart (which I love!) too! 100% recommend this app for any e-comm business.
