I love how ShipProtect helps me protect my customers’ orders while avoiding losses from packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen. It helps build trust in my brand, improves my website, and boosts my average order value.

A big shoutout to Angelica!!! She was incredibly helpful with setting up ShipProtect on my Shopify store. I asked her to remove something from the widget, and she handled it instantly. She was also very friendly throughout the entire process!

I absolutely love this app. Around 40% of my customers add shipping protection during checkout, which has boosted my AOV significantly. What I really like is that the team at monstersapp can integrate it directly into a button, making it super easy for customers to select with almost no friction. I'm telling you, little things like this matter a lot.

Even an extra $5 per customer adds up fast. I have yet to be disappointed with their service. Charlene and the team have been awesome to work with, super fast responses and they get problems solved instantly.

If you're thinking about it, just download the damn APP!! You won't regret it.

Very glitchy. Would appear as a product to purchase. Had reached out multiple times, would disappear for a while then show up again as a product on our store. Would also have 100's of pricing options that re-appear after deleting them. Got a lot to work on
