So far excellent. it does what is says in the description. Good value and a must have app if you sell internationally.

Quite simply the best app support I have experienced to date with Shopify apps. The shipping rates calculator installed very easily, but it was a little bit offset on the alignment. I e-mailed the support e-mail and they had it fixed (on a Friday night) within an hour. They also identified my unique scenario where we have a minimum order amount and they made some adjustments to display the proper message in that scenario. Super responsive and helpful. I needed a placement change on where the Shipping Rate calculator displayed in the cart. Sent the request and it was moved so fast I was amazed. Now it displays below the checkout button. Excellent and much appreciated!

Absolutely fantastic app. Great integration, super fast. This app is a must have for all Shopify stores. I have viewed via tracking apps how customers abandon carts when they are presented with shipping costs they were not expecting. This app takes the guesswork out of the equation. It loads lightning quick, pulls all the correct data and integrates perfectly. I had a few custom bits I needed to implement, and their support was phenomenal. Literally done within an hours time.
