This app is really helpful as potential buyers get an estimate of shipping costs without entering all their details first. The customer service is great and responds very quickly to any questions.

Absolutely fantastic app. Great integration, super fast. This app is a must have for all Shopify stores. I have viewed via tracking apps how customers abandon carts when they are presented with shipping costs they were not expecting. This app takes the guesswork out of the equation. It loads lightning quick, pulls all the correct data and integrates perfectly. I had a few custom bits I needed to implement, and their support was phenomenal. Literally done within an hours time. I could not be more satisfied. Thank you for an amazing app and amazing support!

great app. Takes time off my hands from answering customer emails and configuring how much shipping will cost outside of the US. Definitely think it helps with customers abandoning cart.

just downloaded this app. so far its working great. still fine tuning everything to my liking but so far its doing what it meant too. will update this review soon.

We've tried a ton of apps over the last 10 years and the one thing that you learn is that customer/technical support is equally as important as the functionality. I rarely leave reviews, but when a company like this goes above and beyond as they have for us, I feel compelled to do so. Absolutely superb! Worked perfectly out of the box. Allows you to make changes to headings and text etc. My biggest bugbear with Shopify is that it won't show you shipping until you log in or enter details to checkout. This app pops up before any of that so that the customers know the exact amount straight away and they can select the options.
A couple of days ago the shipping kept defaulting to the expensive express option instead. I could not figure out what was wrong. I contacted the developer to see if they could help me pinpoint it. It was a Shopify issue not one from this app. The developer went the extra mile and tested my website inside out, took screenshots and videos of tests and discovered that I had no rates entered for prices over £25! Such a simple thing that I missed and therefore sales. I corrected the Shopify settings and it worked! I couldn't thank you guys enough. Amazing and detailed support when they didn't have to. Thank you so so much!
