Just installed it today and checked it numerous times. It works flawlessly. A prospective customer inquired about shipping rates via Messenger and that's the reason why I decided to install the app because it enables customers to track their shipping rate page for page as they shop.

Such a smart app and great follow up customer service. As a very small business I couldn't justify upgrading my plan to show calculated rates at check out, but for just a few dollars this app shows my set rates in my admin so customers know the full amount they will pay. Great app easy to install and is running perfectly since set up. Perfect for customers so they can see total costs straight away.I even received an email from Mike within 12 hrs saying he had fined tuned it to compliment my store, that's great customer service, especially when you didn't ask it.
