This app is a cornerstone of our store. We have some free shipping and some paid shipping items and some very heavy freight items, so previewing the shipping or freight cost is HUGE for our customer experience and this app is PERFECT. We use this app along with Bespoke Shipping Rates to display exactly what we want to the customer. The huge plus with this app besides working excellent is that you have a really really great customer service team behind the app and that is SOOO rare. Whenever I have a problem, which is always caused by me updating our cart, they are quick to solve it same day which I would never expect but is hugely appreciated. On top of that the most recent problem was likely caused by another app and they still fixed it.

This shipping calculator is a super handy addition to our shopping cart and greatly reduces the amount of emails that would come in asking, "How much is shipping to _______?" I emailed their support to help get the calculator added to my pop up carts and in mobile view, and they emailed back 15 minutes to say they'd enabled it for me with screenshots. Perfect. Exactly what I wanted and effective, quick customer service. One of my pet peeves is having to enter all my personal details just to find out the shipping cost, but this app takes away that headache for my customers.

It helps you calculate the shipping at your cart view, which would let your customers know what to expect about shipping costs instead of them proceeding to the checkout page without knowing this vital information. it would definitely help reduce abandoned carts and would give customers better trust of your website. It is also fully compatible with the shipping configurations that are done in the Shopify admin page
