This app makes it easy for customers to see what shipping options will cost BEFORE they place the order. • It also mirrors the look of our website and blends in perfectly. The icing on the cake is that they gladly help with problems. And the whipped cream on the icing is that once it's set up you can forget about it as it does its thing.

So far so good on this app. Developer was responsive-- there were some plugin compatibility fixes that they refused to implement (e.g. working with other plugins like the awesome Discount Code viewer, dcode), but all-in-all this has been a good addition to my store.
For the first time in 4 years I had an error (which turned out to be user error ), but this review is for the rapid response I received to the problem. Appreciated that the developers did some due diligence in trying to replicate the problem before coming back to me. Very impressed - and a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU.
