Terrible experience. The widget shows the WRONG prices and shipping fees compared to checkout, confusing customers and damaging trust. Support admits the issue but blames Shopify and offers no real fix. Completely unreliable for any store using multiple currencies and markets.

We completely understand how crucial accurate pricing and shipping details are for maintaining customer trust, and we deeply regret any negative impact this has had on your store.
We want to be transparent: this issue stems from a technical limitation related to Shopify’s APIs, which affects how multi-currency and shipping data are handled. While this is outside our full control, we're not trying to shift responsibility. Customer support has been great! Fixed an issue where the widget kept appearing in the wrong place within about 5 minutes.
I need this cancelled no way to do it

After checking, we can confirm that the app has been successfully uninstalled from your Shopify store and your subscription has been canceled. Like any other Shopify app, deleting the app from your store automatically uninstalls it and ends the subscription.
