Shipping Rates Widget

Seems like support for this app has vanished. It still works but you can't customise the appearance. I wanted to remove the shipping description which is in 'business days' as shopify has switched to giving a delivery date range instead. Zero response from support, not even an acknowledgement of receipt

Requested assistance as the widget was not working for me, after a week or two received a reply asking a couple of questions. I replied 3 weeks ago, followed up 2 weeks ago, and crickets. No help.

Update: the app support did reply after a few days and has been super helpful since then. In addition to installing the widget on our website he did fix the code problem while assuring me that it was a coincidence and nothing to do with the widget. So I want to revise my review accordingly. Bravo. installed the app, the widget didn't appear. I contacted support who answered once to ask for our URL, but has not responded since then. I am concerned that when I deleted it it left behind code that is hurting the appearance of our home page.
