Great customer service! Responded very quickly and helped me set it up the way I wanted to use it via a Zoom call. Excited to have this app as part of my Shopify experience!

[Updated] We were having some API issues during midnight and we were amazed by how good their customer service is by sticking with us throughout the night to solve the issue. Their communication and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Really impressed! [Updated ]I was assisted by Siva and Kumar from the customer service in helping our website set up complicated shipping rules of combine shipping rates. They were very helpful and patient in assisting us and even went out of the way to assist us on a full Sunday to get our checkout cart working. Two thumbs up for their service and attitude. Keep up the good work!

We have a couple of stores (EvenGreener.com & GetComposting.com), each fed by various stock locations so were finding Shopify's rigid delivery charge options unworkable as we cannot charge customers for delivery multiple times per order just because we keep stock across various locations. Shipeasy has fixed that problem in no time and the support we have received from Siva has been fantastic. No question is too small or daft and he has assisted in setting up the rules across both of our shops. We cannot recommend Shipeasy enough. You'll be hard pushed to find customer support that beats Siva!

We used Shipeasy for a custom ship scenario that involved product add-ons. The base product was digital (no ship cost) but the add-ons are equipment and need to be shipped with a small ship charge. Raj and the team at Shipeasy worked with us to get this configured (surprisingly complicated to achieve) and provided excellent and expedient support. I highly recommend the product and especially the good people on the support team! Top notch!

Worked with Siva to set up all our scenarios, rates and conditions. He was incredibly helpful. We needed to set our rates by quantity rather than weight or order total and Shipeasy helped us do just that.

I just need to praise Siva - He has helped me and spent over an hour making sure every little detail is correct. I cannot stress enough how helpful he was and nothing I asked was too much. I will continue to use this app as it is very good for different shipping zones but equally because his customer service was brilliant! Thankyou Siva.
