I've had difficulty setting up the app along with many previously I have tried. I received remarkably quick and easy setup help beyond my expectations. Thanks so much!
I'm still in the free demo mode, setting everything up but it looks promising and I've already had plenty of help from the support team who takes no time at all to get back to me and are very friendly and helpful!

I needed to have specific rates for different products and I received immediate help when I logged into the chat. Raj stayed with me as long as it took to get it right and I appreciate his time/helpfullness. I would highly recommend.

I experienced the best customer service and tech support from Raj... He was very patience and really helped me fix a problem with setup. We were losing money hand over fist and even after chat disconnected a few times and everything he was amazing! 10 out of 10!!!

Great APP with great support, I want to enable complex shipping rate calculation, but couldn't do it by mysefl, so I booked a zoom meeting with Shipeasy. Siva from the support team guided me to do it, and it's working perfectly.
