Janani has been an absolute champion today with fixing my shipping profile and shipping rates. I had been very frustrated trying to fix some issues and got myself into more issues.
With Janani's help today I am the happiest ever as all my shipping rates and zones have been cleaned up and my Shipeasy app is enabled once again and I am back in businesses.

I've installed this app, the support team member Jenifer was really helpful by helping me with the set up. This app is providing what I need with the shipping by using distance , so far I am happy with this app. I would definitely suggest this app 100%.

She was extremely nice. she told me the steps that I needed to take before they could continue to set up my ship easy account and made sure I knew where to go to contact them again to finish setting up my account.
