This is an excellent app. The range of functionality is superb. The support is outstanding and is something that other app companies should aspire to match. I dealt with a gentleman called Siva who was great. If you want a flexible and reliable app to help with your shipping, this is the one.
Support was very helpful. I spoke with a colleague named Barath and he was able to help with everything immediately, I can only recommend the service and the app.
