This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!

We used ShipX to handle complex zipcode-based shipping rules — different rates by region, free shipping thresholds, and several zone exceptions — and it handled all of it cleanly. When we ran into an issue with rates not showing up at checkout, Deepn from support walked us through the setup via Zoom call. It turned out to be a product data issue on our side — nothing to do with the app itself. Deepn was patient, professional, and spotted the problem quickly. Excellent support.
