You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

This is Saravanakumar, CEO at LogBase. I just looked at your review, looks like there has been a misunderstanding. We provide support via chat, email and zoom. These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup. I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it.
