Very fast support system if you are on a paid plan. I had some trouble with integration but Rajkumar came to my help. He was very understanding considering I know very little about computers and he obviously knows his job well. Then I got stuck again and Deepan quickly sorted out my problem. I feel very confident dealing with them.

Customer support is great! Customer support with Deepan was fantastic. I went from going to delete this, to now subscribing. It does everything I need to do with free shipping conditions that Shopify cannot handle natively.

Nithish Was excellent! he helped me set up all my shipping rates (which was complicated) however he was very patient, professional and knowledgable on the app. I now have a good understanding of how it all works should i need to tweek it in the future. Thanks Nithish!
