Great shipping app, does exactly what we want it to and is pretty easy to understand. We had a small problem, I sent an email which was replied to immediately by Jenifer and we had the issue sorted within a few minutes. There was no problem with the app, the problem was me not reading the instructions.

Deepan was very helpful when problem solving a few setup issues that I had. Now it is working great and I am happy to trial the app for the coming summer season.
