Team was incredibly professional. Very prompt in establishing zoom calls to explain and answer questions. Rahul was particularly helpful in taking the time to understand our needs and also set up the infrastructure we needed. Always available to assist and very timely. Highly recommended.

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend.

I some dificulties with setting up the ranges of Zip Codes that I could offer the specific method of shipping and they gave great support and helped me to setup. Thank you guys!

Rahul was able to solve our problem by changing the setting in our shipping zones. We resynced the app and now the problem is resolved.
