Shipeasy - is an excellent app for stores that require products to be shipped to different zones - The shipping in Australia is very difficult if you have different vendors with products that are different weights shipping to the one customer (so you need to combine product shipping rates) or even just shipping products to different zones.
We needed a solution that calculated the shipping for items from different vendors to be calculated at the Shopping cart /check out level, and it needed to be fast, to avoid cart drop out!
I the needed ground work by creating a graph of Zones and tagged products accordingly with an identifying tag so Shipeasy could create a shipping calculator - They took the time needed and were excellent...
We have been very happy and it has worked perfectly for a year!
I would recommend ShipEasy to anyone who needs a Shopify Multi-product multi-zone shipping calculator ..

When setting up they have an option to have a Zoom meeting with a representative to help set up the app. Because of all of the features of the app, it is a bit complex to initially set-up. I spoke with Vinduja whom I shared my screen with. She was super helpful in fully setting up the app. Thanks to her I'm fully up and running with live shipping rates and different box sizes. Thanks again Vinduja!!

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend.
Update on the App's support team. Had an issue with an incorrect Scenario setup, Jenifer was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem very quickly.

Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up.
One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

This is the ONLY app that allowed me to create free shipping to customers who bought a 1 year free delivery subscription. In the world of amazon prime, this is so critical for so many of us who need to be able to compete on shipping. Also, customer service is GREAT. Super easy to book time and the developer will kindly walk you through how to make the magic happen! So happy this exists for all of us!
And update two years later: I continue to be impressed by this app! Not only can we do free shipping when customers purchase a membership, but we are also now offering free shipping by address and this app allows us to do that. Thank you Shipeasy for two years of awesomeness
