The app is slightly complicated to use, but the Shipeasy team is always there to help with issues! Just did a live chat to solve an issue with checkout and Janani helped us figure out what was wrong and what to do in the future to prevent it from happening again - in less than 10 minutes. 100% recommend this app!!

Really helpful app and resolved almost all of our problems and we are happy with that. Their support guy Shiva is really cooperative and he tries his best to clear all the points. Highly recommended.
